I have one question, how do you store the rest of the grace clay? Maybe in a baggy, if so does that work? Thank you

You will want to wrap the clay in tightly in plastic. A plastic bag will work good too, just make sure that you squeeze out all the air.

for the grace clay, does it air dry or do we have to bake it? does it break off easily?

it is airdry. It is very strong and you can mix it with acrylic paint to get a wide variety of colors! :)
