  • What he really means to say::: Because there is a dozen video tapes out there and we cant find all the owners of those tapes to harass and threaten them into giving us the tapes... So since we cant cover this up we have no choice but to pursue murder charges... Because we know that if we try what we usually get away with everyday that there will be mass riots and none of us working for the city will be safe... So we are going to feed this officer to the wolves to save our own asses...

  • That DA sounds like he is about as interesting as a 10 pound bag of manure.

  • Respect.. RESPECT!! BAhaHa... HAAhahaha... BAHAHAHAHAHAHA! what a clown

  • He wants you to respect the system. Huh, what a fucking joke. Fuck the police.

  • @from212 - really? NO ONE HUH???? John Gotti did 3 years, just 3, for murder.

  • @freqranger I know that. I have posted the same time and again. Neither do Sig Sauers, which is what this particular cop was carrying at the time.

  • @from212 Except this was not first degree murder. This was involuntary manslaughter. The jury got it right. This was a terrible accident, brought about by stupidity and poor training.

  • The "Average" for murder in California is 5 years.

Some get life, others get 2 years, or less.

But the average is 5 years, based on the FBI UCR average for California.

In Texas the average is much higher with the death penalty being applied quite frequently.

For the sake of averages I take the death penalty as 99 years.

  • @Arabhacks "average murder conviction is 5 years in California"

That sounded like complete bullshit to me. No one gets less than five years for an execution style 1st degree murder... So I Googled it:

"A conviction of first degree murder carries a sentence of 25 years to life in prison. Using a firearm to commit murder or any other felony can increase the sentence by 3 to 10 years."

  • @1Masterofwar I guess you never found out how much time they gave him... about 14 months. He's been out of jail for a while now. Does 2 years (minus time for good conduct) and no parole sound like a fair sentence for an execution style murder in the first degree?

These corrupt assholes always get away with it while we sit at home getting brainwashed by news of kitties stuck in trees, what lady gaga wore last night, etc... That's what FOX, NBC, and CBS likes to report on.

  • Change the Illinois law of eaves dropping; this is a great example as to why... The video taken helped in the conviction of this shit cop.
