thank you veronica, you have such a wonderful way about you :) knowing that these experiences are for us to clear out our past inner stuff, really helps in the process.. some days when it's extra mucky, this sort of coaching can really be a precious gem. thanks also for reminding us to baby the parts of ourselves that were hurt in the past. i very much agree, our lives before may have looked more 'organized', more preferable, more safe.. but they weren't WHOLE and that's where we are going :)

I have a locked room but I've found the key & I'm trying to make my way in, to sort it out.Going into Acting I'd love to do because, that's for me away of taking those emotions. In that room & bringing them into the light,to use them in a positive way.

V what is a happy life?
Its great what you are saying. Do you meditate? How do you enter your darkness? I Ask because meditation does not enter the FEAR..
You can not even shower in peace :(
i feel that the inner child needs to take over

thank you, thank you, thank you!

What you say is so true about allowing others to trigger us off. Harder to do than it is to say. How I would love to afford these retreats, your little space looks wonderful to me....only I would be painting or drawing instead of writing!

Love this! I'm watching it for the second time because it's such a great reminder. And yay for writing!!!
Hey Veronica, I've been actively looking for an extended stay at a yoga/retreat center in the pacific northwest. I just love the nature energy there! I am wondering where this retreat place is, so I can research more? Please private message me if that is a better choice. Thanks!

@drevyl I don't know of anything that far north. But, a dear friend of mine just came back from the Sivanada Retreat center in Northern California and she absolutely loved it and is inspired to go back every year. :)

This is so true... Also I have begun to actually look forward to new "pieces" having unhealed parts revealed because I know whats on the other side is freedom:)

@createfate12 I can relate. I love this inner-adventure. When the challenges rise up, I no longer see them as burdens, but bountiful treasures, rich with wisdom and insight!
