@MszAmazinq I think just snacking too much , chips ect... and going out to eat...! cause back in highschool I use to be able to do that and not gain... but that def changed lol! what about you?

@MszAmazinq Omg yeah that is the exact same thing that happened to me! I used to be a 34B and now the lady at vickies secret said I am a 34DDD lol I was shocked ! So idk what will happen once I lose the weight lol those can stay ahaha! Yeah after highschool it just happened so easy to gain! I gained like 40 ... I used to be 130 ughh !

did your chest qet like that from the weight gain or was it always that size ? Sorry if you find my questions stupid it's a serious question I'm curious because me and my sister have gained weight during highschool as well , i went from 132 to 167 and she went from 135 to 172 so she is only a few pounds heavier than me ... but it's weird cuz my chest grew from a 34C to a 32DD and hers went from 34C to a 32D lol .... and she is the heavier one ...

P90x is really good. But its super intense. Its a 90 day program im starting it again on april 1st.

Hey! I've heard good things about it but yoga's good too! I'm starting slow and the first thing I did was eliminate sodas and sugary drinks. I have been drinking LOADS of water. It's made a big difference in my hair and skin. I've lost a little but I like to snack too unfortunately. I just ended up opting for healthier things (fruits, veggies, salads, whole grains, and such.) So far so good. :) Pilates works VERY well. I need to get back on that and quit being lazy.

@chocolateraqs Lol yes that's what I need to do, I need to be motivated!!! Oh yeah back in the day I would do these pilates dvds those are pretty good and they are tough like you wouldnt expect! Yeah that's my issue snacking !! I need healthier options , I will def try that out thanks ! =)
