  • And how many calories do your yoga sequences burn?

  • @SuperDevilishdiva It's hard to say as it depends on many factors like bodyweight, strength, how hard you're working. This may burn up to 500 cals and tones the whole body.

  • Hey Bryan! Congratulations that you have lost so much weight! How did you keep your energy going? How long did it take for you to lose weight? Was it this form of yoga which helped you? I am a 17 year old and got some weight to lose. Do reply. :)

  • @SuperDevilishdiva My yoga practice has been consistent for 10 years. That's what keeps me feeling balanced, healthy and energized. Weight loss is a side effect. Keep practicing! :)

  • Its interesting and great 2 hear a guy talk about such an intimate topic. After growing up as a heavy child being bullied then resorting 2 starving myself and ending up in treatment 4 anorexia, yoga has been a blessing 2 me. I found a balance I'd been craving. I now have faith in the strength and health of my body and I'm beginning 2 accept and even love who I am, inside and out :) Peace love and light

  • @teegz84w Thank you for sharing this. You're an inspiration. Please keep sharing your story to encourage others to feel what you have been blessed with. Namaste and warmest regards, Bryan.

  • @tigergreg8 I've been following these vids 4 a while now and Bryan is my absolute favorite teacher! The classes r challenging but calming all at the same time. THE BEST way 2 start the day :) Glad u found these vids 2

  • Bryan seems to have the ability to communicate well with others. That seems to be an important factor when trying to teach something of this magnitude. I want to learn how to do yoga, i feel it will bring to me part of what I'm looking for in my life, which is flexibility, and I know this sounds odd, but rhythm. If I'm going to do yoga at home, this guy is def. someone i want to follow.

  • Good job Bryan.
