I can't give you the exact notes like sheet music cause I played it by listening to the song and just using the chords on the right. What I can do is make a little tutorial to show which notes I use.

You can also find them by typing in "always midnight pat monahan chords" in google. sites like ultimate-guitar always have great chord schemes which often also include the lyrics. For the exact notes you could try to listen real good to the song and just try to match that on what you hear. good luck!
