no spiritual life form can harm you, believe me. if you believe, you will create the needed mental power to actually make what you believe real. it might take time or not, but yes its simple like that. (bruce lee is the man!) you will aways exist! what im trying to say is that we dont need fear anything at any level. just be compreensive with what occur around us.

@jiggyd181 sleep paralysis itself is normal, it might occur to anyone. normally we feel the body heavy becuz our spirit is not fully conected to our body and so our commands arent strong enough to make it move. sometimes we can see, our eye, as some ppl say, is the window to our soul, so conecting to it is far easy than entire body.

all spirit form have more healthy sense, so, pls. dont fear. i think it is the first step to know what you hear, and who is that, and what it want.

Hi every body my name is alex I was hopin for some to help answer some questions I have expirience sleep paralysis bout 3 or4 time were I can't move speak my body feels heavy I felt like I was dyin but notice everytime it happen there somethin wisperin in my ear but not in english nor spanish cuz I'm puertorican a weird hissin sound as if ther were words sort of like hesiss saaa ssss sss n then it would say my name alexssssss can some one explain plz n may be u can answer the visions as well...
