V Kasarova sings Mozart's aria K 505

Vesselina Kasarova sings Mozart's concert aria, Ch'io mi scordi di te? / non temer amato bene (KV 505) at a concert at Vienna Concert House in January 2006. Charles Spencer accompanies her on the piano. It sounds a bit under-rehearsed, but getting to hear that voice doing this song is a treat nonetheless. I wish she'd record it with Maestro Harnoncourt. That'll just be pure bliss!

Glad you like it, bro. It's one of my favorite Mozart arias ever - a duet between a soprano and the piano (Mozart wrote it as a parting gift to Nancy Storace and played the piano himself when the piece was first played in a concert. It must have been fantastic!). :o)
