I recon Stephen knew he could involve Lucas in his story because he knew Lucas went to the party, and also saw his car parked in the area. Stephen could get Lucas in the location, and just lie about his involvement and hopefully get out of it. He admitted to having sex because he knows dna doesn't lie, and knows he raped an innocent girl.He probably even knew Lucas had a history with women. Lucas's body language, eye contact and alibi cried out innocent to me.Rot Stephen-Justice served!

@tarnishatexidor I think you are absolutely right. That evil pig Steven did this alone. Even though Lucas is an abuser and I hope never hurts a woman again, he didnt do this crime. SO SAD. Poor girl:( I think Danica is guilty of being lazy. But she did care enough to write the license # down, and probably thought she was safe because she was going home with the designated driver. Remember she was drunk too, so probably didnt fully understand the danger. She will live with the guilt forever.:(

Lucus couldn't have done it. The girl said she heard two men. One man got on the phone, he was the guy who drove her home. Then she heard her telling the second guy "Stop I just want to go to sleep". So he would have been a third guy. When the driver left she was with the guy the one who went to jail for killing her. In his first confession he never mentioned a condom. Then suddenly he mentions a condom. That was to explain why they wouldn't find any DNA from Lucus.
