Hi gundam178, the bacteria (in blue) proliferate. Some virus (in red) are present and infect bacteria. Then bacteria develop a resistance but after that viruses mutate and can infect all the bacteria. This is just a simulation, it's not real! All the best.
Does anyobdy know what software package is used for this simulation?... NetBeans / Repast / Other......

the software is NetBioDyn (use google to locate the web site).
It's an applet (the code is also available - open source).

I think the blue dots are the bacteria and the red ones the virus, wich are infecting them
