ICS 4.0.3 KP8 install on Samsung Galaxy SII GS2

Ok this was a quick tutorial but i will answer your questions if you have any.

Just download the XXKP8 above , extract, place into odin, the way shown in the vid,phone into download mode, press start, then let phone reboot, put back into download mode, put CF-Root KP8 into PDA press start, and your done

Yeah folks, this is an Alpha - so no good YET. Works, but some functions are not like video playback.

y i hang at 'samsung galasy s2' there after rooted the KP8 and restore file?

i flashed it also to my device - so i have blackscreens at starting gallery eg..

sometimes it hangs at some point and i have to reboot it - sometimes nothing but the homescreen without any widget or function .. its a fail FW

@Tech2Tuts I tried it and couldn't playback video I recorded with the camera, so nearly there!
