I commented on this video about "THE BEAT". Since I am a cancer patient now,
I can see the benefit of group drumming
more than ever. Cancer patients truly
need an activity that gets them out
of themselves.

"Your Life on Drums" also relates to
the "freeing effect" found in horse
back riding. The rhythmic beat of music
