I would venture to say, far more people get hurt learning self defense than in real self defense. Do I really need to practice ripping into a face? No, none of you "experienced" shredding. Your eyes, ears, throat, etc, did not get damaged. My point is, why spend so much time "practicing" ripping into a face area and "expericencing" it? No shit, it does damage quick, and legally, you have better be able to justify such severe actions. I liike Dimitri, but enough with this shredding time.

@mikereis77 Unfortunately (or perhaps FORTUNATELY) it wasn't Rich that shredded me but it was from folks who trained with him. What an amazing system!

@muskysnax That's what I've heard from those who have trained with Rich. I would like to go threw just to feel it, but at the same time I'm not in a huge rush.

@mikereis77 I agree 100%. I just had the "pleasure" of being shredded and it is so disorienting that you're trained responses go out the window. You truly have to have this done to you to fully appreciate the effectiveness.

"Take the fight out of people" is exactly what I thought when watching this video. Big Joe Saunders just didn't want to be there anymore. Nice.
