This man is speaking the truth... Not me nor my kids bodies can really handle milk that well. All three of us from birth have had to drink special Milk. Due to a milk non tolerance in our bodies. So both my child I breastfeed; unfortunately, i could not breastfeed my son as long because of my Seizure disorder had gotten worse. My daughter still can not stand milk.

Hmm, I don't know, what do you suppose people drank for thousands of years until the corporations came along? Most people these days don't know what this is or that they should drink it but it's called water. People could drink water! What an amazing concept. But more importantly is mineral water like when it comes out of the ground. You need the minerals or electrolytes to absorb the water.
