Lift start at 1:20
Not good enough today. This was the second set at this weight. I had the goal of making 3 reps (new 3RM PR), but it was not the day for that. I made 2 reps in the first set, then racked it, and in the second set I tried to go all in and make it a tripple, but I was unsuccessfull.

why are the ratings disabled. im sure you would get very good ratings for this. thats some serious weight.
i like the sound effects you make btw. if you didnt workout at you home, you would get alot of strange looks at the gym. but then they would be scared once they saw that weight you are heaving around

@Walgermo Du er jo så pingle at du må løfte med belte, så konkurransen er jo over før den har starta. ;)

grunnen til det er jo ganske klart, har ikke tid til å noe skade når jeg er på landslaget. men det veier jo opp når jeg veier 15kg mindre en deg på kroppsvekt.
