I had bought a block of windpower and then used incentive to put solar on my roof for a zero footprint on electrcal power
I am part Native American too and I am involved with Africa for CDM and CER for credits to help the poor afford to make the feedstock for biofuel. With no fuel people will not have a easy way to go to Casinos.
