@Teletubbiesfromhell Blizzard actually copied games workshop with the units in such about starcraft, MMO yes same as wow nope, but not sure about it but i dear god hope they only focus on pvp unlike wow while its falling about due to the retarded dev teams working on classes lol, making the game " how they want it to be" yet they dont pay the game at all lol. hope this game has a good dev team that cares about the game.

Obvious race choice is obvious. We want to see races that are debate able. Jeez it wouldn't be able to call itself a 40k game without spahce mahrens in it. We want to see nids or dark eldar or necrons, because you know, we want to see the races that are less obvious. Still, I would by an expansion if it added nids, but I want them in from the start. We were left out of DoW for to long, and I won't want to see them pit every race but us in again.

@SuperRetroZombie Actually come to think of it I think it'd be Eldar & Imperium VS Orks & Chaos just to start. It could easily be done with a half-assed plot. And the relationship between allies. The good guys having a tenuous pact, with a sort of "I'm going to fuck you up when there not trying to kill us" type vibe whenever your in the opposite city. And the Orks would play the part of rabid dogs hungry to bite their 'Masters' the Chaos Forces. The Chaos forces of course waiting to kill them to

@SuperRetroZombie That's not entirely true. The Eldar and Imperium have worked together several times before to defeat the Necron or Chaos Marines. The Tau seem to get into fights with the latter two because they are extremely friendly expansionists, but if someone was incurring in their homelands I can see them turning to the lesser of two evils. Imperium, Eldar & Tau VS Chaos, Orks, & Dark Eldar or maybe Tyranid / Necron. Dark Eldar are the more relate-able of the three so that's my bet.

Maybe I'm just jaded but I'm just not anticipating much. The company hasn't released anything amazing, the last Warhammer MMO had allot of potential, but lacked accessibility and a fine coat of polish. The 40k genre is refreshing though, as I think were all tired of killing bandits with fireballs. I do love the franchise though, so I think the watchful eyes of the Inquisition will force me to keep playing for at least a few months.

If this game wants to follow the fore in any way, shape or form there will not be a traditional "order vs disorder" set up, as that is just not the way the 40k universe works.

As far as the Imperium is concerned if it isn't human it is either a Xeno, a Mutant or a Heretic, and the correct response upon encountering either of them is to purge it.

I think the technically weaker players (guardsmen etc) might be able to have npc's with them as a unit or something, as marines were all alone or in small groups in that vid
