I closed my eyes and sighed. "Mitchie..." His cool voice blew my breath away. It was happening again. I opened my eyes. Shane. "Please leave." He sat on the chair beside me and the doctor walked in. "Hello Mitchie. You need to have your medications, now." I nodded and got up a little. She handed me the pill and water and I chugged them both down, hoping my toungue didn't get the weird taste. "I'll be outside, kay? I nodded throught the glass and Shane flashed his smile at me and walked away. "That boy really likes you." I looked up and the doctor was smiling at me. I just shook my head. "You don't know how it is." She smiled and toke my glass from my hand. "He has been staying here through all the 2 nights you were here. He never fell asleep. He has been making you eat your food ever sonce and whenever I walked in to get your tests, he stayed and helped me." I looked up at her shockewd and once known, her smile was still in it's place. I just smiled as I
looked down. He cares about me that much? Just then, Shane walked in with a cafeteria tray in one hand and a white bag in the other. He walked in and put the cafeteria tray on the side table and handed the white bag to the doctor. "Her pills ran out." I just stared at him, nothing, but shocked and the doctor glanced at my face and gave me an 'I-told-you-so' smile and I looked down at the floor again and flushed into 500 shades of pink and red.She laughed and Shane looked over at me, grinning. The doctor walked out and that was when I noticed. A few lines were underneath Shane's eyes. So she was telling the truth? I sighed and Shane sat beside me. "Hey..." I looked up at him and my hand went up to his face and stopped right in front of it. All that time he was following my actions with his eyes, but he didn't move. "The doctor told me you stayed here for a few days." He nodded looking down. "Go home and get some sleep, I'll be totally fine." He shook his
head. "Shane. Why not?" He was abourt to say something when the door closed and someone popped up with a cellphone in their hand and was staing at us in desbelief. "Nate?" He stared at Shane. "Carter had cancer?!" I stared at him and looked at Shane who was staring at me with wide eyes. "Yeah, why?" He didn't say anything. "Wait, what do you mean had?" Shane glanced at me horrified. "Nate! What's going on?!" He just stared at his brother and gulped looking down. "Oh no..." I shook my head. "Carter..." All I said was out in a whisper.

DUH DUH DUHH! Yes, this is the official END of season 1. Now what you guys are bugging for...Taylor Lautner:)
