She is one of those cats that doesn't give a whit about catnip. We've tried her several times and we might as well offer her a bowling ball or a Brussels sprout. Just no interest at all fresh or stale makes no difference.
We've read that about a third of all cats are not interested in catnip, so she is not totally abnormal.
