hernando de soto es un magnifico economista pero las soliçuciones que da en su libro el misterio del capital al problema del subdesarrollo solamente tiene un lado el de los prestatarios no define a los prestamistas ,,,aun asi este libor es un valios instrumento con el que pueden contar los gobiernos en su camino al desarrollo

In the 90's, in Peru, Alberto Fujimori, made the same that Hugo Chavez is doing in Venezuela. Keiko Fujimori wants to do the same than her father. You are very confused and you are confusing others.

I am reading his book now. The legal system in some developing countries is the main obstacle according to him. He presents it well, and it makes sense.
