because i think there fresh water turtles
and i think there water needs treating
-
its not awful they just put chlorine and flouride in it to make it cleaner
-
@nerice6 no no no dont use tap the difference between dirty pond water and tap is that tap has flouride and chlorine even tho they dont necesarily drink it . it hurts their skin and they get it in their system when they eat
-
@nerice6 yes, but use tap water conditioner, tap water isn't very well, it'll do but better to use conditioner, it's cheap
-
@sk8turboy1 you can also use tap water but cleanse it with these special things like a stress coat which clean water and protect your pets
-

@sk8turboy1 I just use tap water. It doesn't matter. They're turtles. They naturally live in pretty dirty water anyways.

@Lufios Yeah, definitely. That's what I've been doin'. I give my turtles Reptomin food, fruits, and veggies. Google certain foods though before you give it to them because, for example, mushrooms can give them gout.
