reasons why rock lee is awesome:
1. lee beat garra, before you say he didnt it was technically shukaku he was fighting at the end when his leg was crushed. there is no way garra could have survived that without shukaku.lee was going faster than sound and that final blow should have easily smashed through that last layer of sand and killing garra but it didnt becuase shukaku gave garra his energy at the end to keep him from losing.
2. even nejis rotation couldnt defend agianst that speed
