@intifada1989 I knew him slightly he was a great patriot (and musician) but his essay on Jane Austen is terrible! Also I taught John Le Carre's Little Drummer Girl--Le Carre is very pro Palestinan but Edward thought the book pro Israeli because it put the Palestinian position in Israeli mouths--true- but it is the ONLY book that I have ever been able to use to change people's minds--propaganda never works--but Le Carre's book has changed even some zionist hearts. But God bless his soul
