  • @cloned247 The Army Corps of Engineers did a horrible job in New Orleans just like they did in Hansen Dam near Pacoima and Lake View Terrace in the San Fernando Valley North of Los Angeles California.

  • Heather, Good for you for fighting for your rights and for a debilitated river system. You said the EPA special cased the LA and Santa Cruz river. Are you sure about the Santa Cruz? and if so did you mean the Arizona Santa Cruz?
