Very nice, I used to hate working abs, until I started training more for performance and discovered better core exercises like the ones in your videos.

Good ideas for core training. It is advisable to hyperextend your spine like you do in some of these exercises? Looks bad for the lower back. Thanks for sharing the knowledge.

@furyianfiraga I believe I've seen some less expensive wheels online. One can also improvise w. a barbell or the right type of dumbbells.

You have to build them, although they sell for 80 bucks and are called akro wheels.

When I do rollouts all I ever feel is my lower back working, is that from inproper form?

Sure is, most likely a lack of intra-abdominal pressure, and because you are not able to keep enough tension in your anterior chain, the posterior chains super compensates and you feel your low back. It's best not to feel that, start with controlled partials, and static holds.
