Shouldn't the sludgy blowhog be called munge blowhogs. and sparky blowhogs be called anote blowhogs?

@gwoodcockstl Well I would say that, but the Watery Blowhog and the Caustic Dweevil are both water based, though different names. I can see where you're coming from though.

i wish i could make something this good cause i have the perfect idea for a black picmin it haz white eyes and flowers and the black picmin can search outside after dark cause it is dark.....also later in the game the black picmins you have turn into the final boss they were trying to help you so you can get them to they're base

I think that there should be a parasite pikmin. You know, bulbin before they're eaten? Yeah. Also, you said you don't like the shell. How about that red part on a spotty bulborb, only a different color to indicate that it's a hard object. There should be a blowhog that spits tar as well, for the black pikmin to be immune to.

its just sad.... pikmin 3 is apparently going to be on the Wii U, so i see no means of 4-player Co-op

that brings me to something.... it should actually be 4 player Co-op. what i mean is you all start on the same day and you go through the game whatever way you want to do (like 2 people doing a cave and the other 2 doing above-ground stuff)

who here likes recipes? i have one for pikmin 3.

1 1/2 cups of pikmin 1. (enemies of course, yellow pikmin can pick up bomb rocks, stone walls for bomb rocks)

4 cups of pikmin 2 (enemies, candy pop buds, holes, underground treasure, bulbmin, hazards, purple and white pikmin)

3 cups of imagination (purple and white onions, option of staying up at night, new pikmin like green and black pikmin, yellow berries and immunization spray)

tips: scrap tar idea and brown pikmin idea entirely.

maybe for the boss instead of a shell he would have like spines on his back and when he eats a bomb rock one falls off and after you destroy alll of them his back will like break and he will like crawl on the ground bitibg pikmin, then you can throw at his mouth

one thing ill have to say is that can you make that shell monster type in his 2nd phase not look too fleshy because you will make the next game unsuitable to kids if any one want to agree about that well then leave a thumbs up

Nice Idea's! Orange pikmin should also be able to go through laser gates. (an obsticle i made)
