This video showcases the E-Clutch feature of a DEWALT Grinder and explains how it works and helps to protect the tool and end-user in bind-up situations.
that's not so great. it'd get on my nerves switching it back and forth. been using grinders since I was about 11 and never jammed the blade such that it stops. I think anyone jamming it that badly should step away from the tool. also... PUT RUBBER BOOTS ON THE TRIGGER AND LOCK. my 3hp 9" LAG grinder jams in the on position if grit gets down the sides of the trigger lock. 8^O
