This is the elevator at the historic Hall Hotel in Mayfield KY. The building was built in the early 1900s and originally had 68 rooms and a room cost 2.25 with your AAA discount according to a vintage post card i found online. Now it is an office building. The elevator was modernized by dover in the 1980s.

  • wow, Dover ruined this historic elevator

  • I never saw it before it was modernized but i bet it was nice. i believe this elevator was put in in 1984, or 1987 I can't remember. I used to know the building owner when i lived In KY and he said it was at the point where it was breaking down on a regular basis.
