I just have to say,

I looked through 18 pages of VW trikes and this is the only one that's build the right way.

I built one like this in -95, I think, with the engine in the middle and gearbox/rear axle turned around.

Anyone can take a complete a complete VW drivetrain and weld it to a MC frame, but buildin this way takes skills.

It must be because we're Scandinavians?

You just remove the diff and turn it "up side down" and then mount it on the opposite side in the rear axle.

Guess its all about personal preference.

Although I appreciate the engineering in this trike, I prefer to see the engine chromed sitting out the back with a bench seat on a vw. If it's going to be a one seat trike then might as well build a trike from a bike. I am NOT slagging this off though still think it's excellent!
