@oyou01 So did from MEX to CDG

Você sabe se em voos internacionais que chegam no Brasil antes da decolagem tem de fazer o mesmo procedimento, porque quando cheguei de Paris lembro q não passaram...
-
@mightysprocket they do say its non toxic and passengers with allergic reactions should cover their eyes and mouth!
-
@oyou01 TAM does on most of its international flights, LIAT caribbean and Gol airlines do it aswel!
-
@thatswassup22 It happens on lots of carriers and it's country specific, but it's a World Health Organisation requirement, not necessarily a government requirement although it can be.

They are trying to kill stuff. Everybody has cooties these days.

To France , with AIR FRANCE from GRU or GIG, they use this kind of spray... and with TAM to CDG, I didn't remember if they use that. I think not.
-
It's for flying insects...ie...mosquitoes
-
Not from all countries. On flights to Australia and Europe they don't spray. Was this a A340-300e? I didn't see any PTVs...
Also I found its hard to lean against the wall if your trying to sleep...

They are spraying some form of pesticides on the passengers. I know of one major U.S. airline that did this on the international arrivals and probably still does because I saw the empty aerosel cans that was left inside the jetbride when the aircraft went thru through cleaning. I believe this is a government rule the airlines must follow.
