I think she look way better after plastic surgery. Though she looked nice "before" too.

Agreed. My chin isn't hugely weak, but it recedes enough to make my face look unbalanced. After photoshopping my side profile, I can see how much better I'd look if I had a small implant, so I'm saving up for one.

I'm 29 and look about 17. I hate it, lol. (im a guy) If I could afford it, and It wouldn;t mean wearing braces for years, I would love to get my jaws moved forward and maybe also a sliding genioplasty (which is sometimes done along with jaw sugery to correct overbites etc). I'm not sure that a chin implant would do what I think i need.

i disagree. if you do it right it can make you have more of a heart shaped face and it really changes your face. marilyn monroe got a chin implant
