  • what a pain in the ass...if the seas were really rough, they would never be able to do that. Not a very efficent way of docking a boat

  • The black smoke is the RNLI engineering dept. who with GM diesels got the engines to give full power from the word go.The boats never did this when new but you need alot of power very quick in a lifeboat.As for the Ddecs i will let other people make there own minds up if they think its good for a lifeboat or the engineer with all the problems.

    Love the detroit diesels i dont think you can beat the noise of them!
