ya, thats the problem with all these technologies. Too expensive. Wait a minute, whats the 'payback-period' of a mercedes benz, or imported exotic lumber, etc.
Anybody who says 'green' is too expensive, is probably just selfish and greedy

It doensn't have to be justified commercially, green design is a need, it has become a duty to make cities green. the commercial factor is the only tool to implement this, it's about convincing the companies to build green, and to face the fact of financial advantages.

2:55 Green can never be JUSTIFIED commercially. It is NOT about producing more than you use and selling it for profit - it's about about SUSTAINABILITY - taking from the land only what you need!

CAPITALISM IS FLAWED - it assumes an exponential "rate" of consumption to be healthy for its economy. Hence, if the "rate" of consumption isn't increasing, it is called stagnation = bad. But taking from the land only what you need is sustainability = good.
