Haha. What up homie. That's cause the vid's in German. The goal came at 0:18. After that, the narrator went on to talk about the final match between Uruguay and Brazil. Nothing special.

Rapid Wien was national champion in 1941, not 1938. 1938, Rapid Wien won the "Tschammer-Pokal", the predecessor of the DFB-Pokal (german cup).

And it was no cheat, that germany included the austrian players, it was in fact a handicap. Sepp Herberger had to say goodbye to the legendary "Breslau-Eleven", because, he had to include at least 5 austrian players, for political reasons.

Sorry, my english is not very well. Please apologize if i misunderstood you. But i underline my point regarding the handicap of the german team 1938. The Breslau-Eleven was the finest what Germany had to offer in football, and they where divided because of that dumb dictate, that 5/6 austrian players had to play along with 5/6 german players.
