Yes. All 24 minutes. No one has ever released the full episodes subbed until now.

actually many people did, including myself in another channel.

The thing is, youtube will delete your account sooner or latter for doing that :(

even though im subscribed and loving to re watch those episodes.

No I know that, what I'm sayin is no one has released the EPs with the intro's, recaps, etc in tact subbed. They have for DBZ but not with DB. With DB the episodes would just start at the title screen without the Makifushigi Adventure OP and minute recap, or ending credits and episode previews. Plus I cleaned up the subs a bit.

See in the past few weeks 90% of the file sharing sites have been taken down so all the old DB,DBZ,DBGT links are dead. I'm going to have to re upload everything, but yes eventually those episodes will be available too.
