What is seafoam for ?

Its an internal cleaner. It helps remove carbon deposits, moisture and other impurities from within the engine

i heard that if you use too much it wrecks your motor is that true?

You can do damage if you use too mcuh...just go by the can's guidelines

how much diff did you notice after you seafoam?

Not a HUGE diff but enough to notice

if you think about it it breaks carbon and such loose whats all this loos carbon gonna do get into moving parts that arent suppose to have anything but burnt gas running thru them i wouldnt try seafoam on anything i cared about
