MB vs MB: Nizar granted leave

The Kuala Lumpur High Court today granted leave to ousted Perak menteri besar Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin for hearing his judicial review application against current menteri besar Zambry Abd Kadir.

Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim allowed the leave application and fixed next week for the hearing to determine who is the rightful Perak menteri besar.

Next Tuesday, Mohd Nizar (left) will be contesting in the Bukit Gantang parliamentary by-election against Barisan Nasionals Ismail Saffian.

Mohd Nizar was represented by senior lawyer Sulaiman Abdullah, while senior Federal Counsel Kamaluddin Md Said represented the Attorney-Generals Chambers.

I got a lead..supreme court has removed allegation made by Zambrey on derhaka remark by MB Nizar. court has rejected the claim made by zambrey that Nizar was making a derhaka remark towards sultan. this is a blow to zambrey and now next wed court hearing for the Nizar to proclaim the position of MB Perak from zambrey.

am confused..what this mean?is NIzar On of Off. audio and video r poor. so ..have to go another hurdle?..get another power attorney, then. I recomend najis and zambrey to be put under ISA becuz they threatened the national security

don't know what this lawyer is trying to say. even technicality in law is not relevant., clearly if someone insubordinated the decision of the sultan, it tantamount to or in short derhaka to sultan. don't need to study law to know this.

pity this nizar. the lawyer he hired too was incompetent in submitting his case such that the decision seems like.. hello you are barking at the wrong tree so how to pass judgement.
