Obama doesn't need WV. Everybody knows why he didn't win WV, but not many want to say it. However, I will. 95% white, the poorest and least educated population in the U.S. Least educated also could mean the least informed. They are confortable and familiar with Hillary. So that plays a big part in it. Plus, lets not forget about the #1 reason: RACISM!!!

The funny thing is, white people are still the majority and the biggest receivers of welfare in the USA.Black people only make up 12% of the population in the USA.
