Buy M50VN-AK048C it is the newest version from m50 series he has GeForce 9650 GT

1 gb are fixed video memory then rest(remainder) (1gb) he(it) fetches himself from ram, I would recommend you then still a better graphic card has then 9650 GT is still more fluid.

optically he(it) does not look out better than the M50

Asus makes some pretty bad ass laptops. I have an Asus X83VM-X1. Centrino 2 Duo 2.3 GHz, 4gb RAM, nVidia GeForce 9600m Gs 1gb, 320gb HDD, 5x USB, 1 firewire, etc... so it baisically has almost the same specs as yours only without the blu ray and fingerprint reader

Hey, I found an Asus M50VN T9400 on the net with 2.8 GHz processor, 4GB of ram and also an nVidia GeForce 9650M GS card with 1024MB of video memory. The problem is I can't find anywhere to buy it. Could someone please help me out on where to buy it from? Thanks

i think M50vn - AK014G is better has T9400, 4GB RAM DDR2, nVidia ge-Force 9650 GT 1GB , WSXGA+, Blue-Ray, 1.3mp cam, fingerprint thingy, its really good. but 15"inch though but people say that the graphics card 9650 isn't good enough because its DDR2 not 3 but still oke for medium low detail settings for crysis,far cry 2 etc :)

Depends on how long you want to wait... Intel is releasing its Nehalem (IDK on spelling) later this year. I'm guessing mainstream laptop Nehalems a bit later next year. So wait it out a bit. Plus Nehalem is a whole new architecture so I would wait for one more year.
