I know what you mean but I don't know what music is it. Film music is composed by Jiří Šust, and the Central Military Band of the Czechoslovak People's Army (conducted by Captain Eduard Kudelásek) also played in this film so I think it could be some military piece...

Oh, I can read the Russian alphabet though, but I don't understand Russian more than words which are similar to Czech. Nevertheless, I've taken the meaning. Could you re-write your comment to the others who are not Russian or Czech speakers? Otherwise, "bytovyje sjurrjealisty" / životní surrealisté / life surrealists - is it really said about Czechs?:)
