On February 9, 2011 (not February 8 as is mentioned in video) Heber Springs, Cleburne County, north central Arkansas, and most of the state received a lot of snow. Snow started falling around 6 a.m. and by 9:30 a.m. the area had received about six-inches. Forecasters were calling for 10-18 inches to fall in the area before the storm ended Wednesday night.
