@LooksAeterna Ya na I agree with you! This is frick.... bullsh.....

@rahul727 Now having said that, certainly I concur with you that COLONIALISM and its scheme of economic exploitation through pseudo-christian missionaries BACK THEN CONTRIBUTED to the violence already implicit in hinduism and its caste system. So that certainly did not help, nor was it christian in the true sense.
-
@rahul727 So if you want to be taken seriously in the world forum and not still be considered totally backward Hindus have to start demonstrating their intellectual maturity by owning the violence that comes from them (here on the youtube-commentaries as well), take responsibility for it, show remorse and then change. This is the procedure for any adult - instead of always falsely ascribing one's faults to some outer cause like a child.
-
@rahul727 As I pointed out before, hindu violence is much older than christianity, so this excuse is nil. Also I do not agree that christian missionary activities TODAY - regardless of whether I agree with that - are of themselves aggression. That was true in the days when missionaries in colonialism performed a political function for economic purposes. In fact, the aggression comes from hindu fundamentalists who kill christians, and IMO because they tend liberate the lower casts.

@LooksAeterna i dont agree with hindu nationalism but u must understand why it has now come to being. "hindu"nationalism and fundamentalism has come about mainly due to centuries of christian and islamic aggression. historically, hindus have never attempted to convert others, or invade other countries in the name of religion. u need to understand that to eliminate the effect (hindu nationalism), the cause (chistian and islamic aggression) must stop.
Aurobindo and Ramana Maharshi belong to the top ten of my most respected sources of wisdom.
I get nausea, however, when I see Indian nationalism and hindu fundamentalism. Any kind of fundamentalism, that is.
Gratitude for the Wisdom of the Great Souls who were NOT fundamentalists (hindu, christian or whatever), NOT nationalists (eastern or western or whatever) and were beyond all such falsifying distortions of universal wisdom.

@cosmicintellect
If you're going to argue intelligently, as a fine example of this noble race and civilization you so much want to be a part of, at least show some intelligence and nobility.
You have no evidence that I aim to be "divisive" or support "divisive" notions of India.
"Learn some History"??? The official history of India is indeed aimed to divide, and to make Indians feel inferior to Europeans .. the reason I'm here, on this page, is INDEED to learn TRUE history!
Twit, indeed!
