This is a short Caribbean Film highlighting how stigma and discrimination may discourage persons from getting tested for HIV.

  • This is a huge reason why the stigma of HIV and AIDS is so watered down. Many still view it as a homosexual disease, and because they are not homosexual they think they are untouched! As I said, good production, and the message was certainly there. I just wish all the instances where the characters were exposed to the disease (which has no discrimination to age)race, gender and sexual orientation) wasn't of a homosexual nature.

  • Good production and good message to protect yourself and get tested. However, what I find very odd and unfair is that all instances where the persons in the film were exposed to HIV and AIDS was from a HOMOSEXUAL encounter!! Either undercover homosexual activity or pedophilia!! Although these things do happen, there wasn't the portrayal of the more prevalent promiscuous HETEROSEXUAL man or woman.
