Great results!! I’m confused. You said that you followed the program to the “T”, you didn’t deviate, then when talking about fruits, you said you kind of deviated. When talking about frozen veggies you said “we live off of these things.”, when you pick up the bell pepper it’s “I’m all about the fresh veggies.” You talk about foods having high sugar yet you hold up fruit filled yogurt that once per ounce has about the same amount of sugar as a regular coke.

@01gt46 Great points! Yeah I tried regular yogurt and dude, I just could not get used to it, lol. I settled for the fruit yogurt because while they are high in sugar, the prebiotics really helped my body to better digest my food and absorb the needed ingredients. I know that most of the nutrients are lost with canned veggies, but what's wrong with frozen veggies?
Good points though man. I am kinda in a plateau right now and to break it, I'll need to step up and reduce the sugar intake.

I congratulate you on the weight loss and subsequent change to your diet. 99% of our issues are diet related. I am slightly concerned about the foods you are eating, yet at the same time it has worked for you. Most of those foods you mentioned there are really not good but it worked for you. Have you seen the documentary called Food, Inc.? If you haven't check it our its shocking. (It's on Youtube) Also have you heard of the Coronary Heart Improvement Programme AKA the CHIP programme?

@mozart77 Thank you! The more I read up, the more I feel that the only way you are truly going to eat clean is to grow your own veggies and raise your own animals, lol. I saw Food Inc. and oh boy what an eye opener. I'm not the cleanest eater, but I try my best by avoiding fast foods, red meat, etc.
