You put your replica on wrong side. There is such rule with real one not to put your L85 on charging handle in replica this element is even easier to brake.

As a note, you're missing a spring on the bolt catch lever. It would attach between the lever pin on the lower gear box and the upper gear box. Normally, you have to disconnect that spring before pulling the upper gearbox off the lower.

Ah, so there IS a trick to putting the pieces together after you disconnect them.

you should post a guide on how you did the rail job. also, what battery do you use in the L-85?
whered u get the ris rail on the foregrip?

made it out of a spare rail, and dremeled holes into the foregrip for the screws to fit through, a nut is on the other side. tightens like a dream

did you put the spring in a stock l85 or did you upgrade the spring guide and stuff

stock parts, runs fine.
I honestly don't see the need for a metal spring guide, unless your using very cheap plastic for it.
