Maurico Ramirez from the National Parks Foundation explains the new approach to fundraising for kids education programs in Costa Rica. The effort involves donated artwork from famous Costa Rican artists printed on high quality shirts to be given away to those who aport contributions to the education fund. This means of raising money and awareness has been used before for a variety of purposes including repairing educational facilities after disasters and storms to insure the continued progress of the National Parks Foundation's conservation efforts. Many successes have made the Foundation an important keystone in conservation in general in this country known for having an enormous percentage of its land dedicated to National Parks. Costa Rican Art work from famous artists promoting nature and conservation is such a good way to make a lasting impression on the land as well as its people for a long time to come.
