just because the Supreme Court has a liberal majority doesn't make their interpretation of the constitution correct. remember the dredd scott decision? giving Terrorists who disregard every law of land combat any rights will backfire and the left wing judges will be partially to blame. in the meantime, the CIA will just have to interrogate and rid the world of the terrorists in private.

Then maybe we should opt out of the Geneva Conventions. Like it or not, WOT suspects are entitled to trials in the US Justice system. Look up Boumediene v. Bush.

you cease being a "civilian" when you participate in espionage or terrorism. and trying enemy combatants or terrorists in a military court is not unconstitutional. FDR did it to german sabateurs during WWII, on U.S. soil in fact.

You're an idiot. Did all those rucks damage your brain? KSM is a civilian. "Enemy combatant" was legal weaseling to get out of having to follow the geneva convention. Trying them in military court is unconstitutional, as they are not soldiers. If they WERE soldiers, and evidence gotten from them under torture would be thrown out, and they would probably be set free.. You probably would want that though, just so you could blame Democrats.
