I currently live in Ireland and, for a time, I eschewed GAA sports because of the traditionalism and fierce nationalism that can be sometimes associated with them. That was probably one of the greatest "sporting" mistakes that I've ever made. Hurling and Gaelic Football, when played proficiently, can be an absolute joy to watch - hurling especially, in my opinion. The level of skill on display combined with the unstoppable determination of the players is truly something to behold.

I was at that match, it was absolutely fantastic what he did, the crowd was stunned what he did and roaring like hell when he did it and the player scored the point, absolutely magical.One of the best players for Galway, He definitely will be on the Galway XI of the Century. UP GALWAY
