Starting Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Msgr. Patrick McDowell resisted starting perpetual adoration at his parish. Then, after persistent requests by parishioners, he agreed and the rest is history. After 14 years of 24/7/365 of adoration and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, he proclaims that the greatest achievement of his life has been starting the Chapel of Perpetual Adoration in honor of the Holy Innocents.

This is amazing! Lovely job! Is Monsignor still able to do an interview or something? I am working on developing a mission on eucharistic adoration/devoton to the precious blood in time for lent, and thought it'd be cool to either include this video in my presentation, or have a series of video made interviews involving adoration.

@LauraBradley123 Yes, there is always someone praying before the Blessed Sacrament 24/7/365...There is one exception: The Blessed Sacrament is not exposed for Adoration from the Holy Thursday evening Mass until the Easter Sunday vigil Mass which corresponds to the time of Jesus' Passion, Death and Burial
