just lay on your back and put one hand by there chest one hand by there knees and bench press them its quite easy if you got quite large hands.

cool. how much does the guy weight? i weight 170lbs/77kg and i can do 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs/55kg person standing on my shoulder blades. pretty much like in this video. what do u think?

Are you afraid to touch another man? Or does it get you secretly excited. I get excited because, there is no one else around in Gold's Gym Venice, CA that is lifting as much as I am because of this type of training. I have a world record deadlift at 700lbs under 200lbs bodyweight, and my core strength is better now then then. What we do works. Imagine the strength it takes to have a 200 pound man standing on your back when you are in pushup position.

Why? Are you a bodybuider who thinks continuos tesnaion is a key to muscle growth? How about doing 5 x 5 of 500 lbs lock ouits for the kness and let me knw what happens. You might grow some muscle or God forbid make your knees stronger and sqaut heavier. Go outside the box my friend. Joe Weider has you living in his money generating box.
